The National Attorneys was created by Legal Associations Management, Inc. to be the highly exclusive organization that exists for the sole purposes of recognizing and honoring top attorneys for their outstanding leadership, reputations, and performance and to assist those attorneys in their practices by providing superior networking opportunities, educational opportunities, business leads, and marketing opportunities. Membership is obtained only through special invitation, is limited to 5000 attorneys nationwide, and is extended to only the nation’s top corporate, litigation, finance and taxation attorneys. Attorneys must have a minimum of 10 years of practice experience, a career of accomplishment, and be qualified for membership-based solely upon objective and uniformly applied criteria – not upon “peer” review or any form of favoritism.

Leadership of the organization is vested in a National Executive Committee and State Executive Committees. The Executive Committees provide leadership to the organization through welcomed suggestions and advice on any topic and input regarding regular membership nominations as well as nominations to the State Executive Committees and the National Executive Committee where appropriate. Each year the National Executive Committee selects an attorney from within to serve as President of the organization.
